Who is this Free Webinar Perfect For?

Anyone already in or looking to become a property sourcer, deal packager, deal finder or similar.

We will also cover content that's relevant for anyone asking these questions:

  • Started a sourcing business and not sure how to get fully compliant?
  • Have insurance, HMRC, ICO and Property Redress Registrations but feel something is missing?
  • Feeling overwhelmed by all of the regulation and legislation requirements
  • Registered your business using SIC Code 68310 and not sure what to do next?
  • Considering Co-Sourcing to get cash first and fully compliant after?
  • You don't have enough cash right now?
  • Want to understand how compliance can actually enhance your business?

What Will I Learn?

You will come away with the 10 key steps you need to take to set up your sourcing business compliantly and legally.

This will include:

  1. Why compliance is important
  2. Understanding your legal obligations
  3. What documents you need to run day-to-day
  4. Registrations
  5. Insurance
  6. How you can use it to benefit your business (not just tick-box)
  7. What happens when it goes wrong

We will provide you not only with what you need to hit the compliance mark, but also our recommended order to do it in (it is important!)

Don't forget, we will also leave some time for a live Q&A. Don't forget to bring your most pressing property, sourcing, compliance or investor questions and we'll aim to help where we can!

Who is Tina Walsh?

If you haven't seen Tina speak at property networking events, or read her book (sorry it's not for sale any more!)...Tina the UK's expert in property sourcing compliance and we are fairly sure is the only person who gets excited when the new 'door stop' book of property legislation and regulations comes through the office door each year.

If you're unsure about property sourcing facts, compliance - or something feels just a bit odd to you about a deal - Tina is best placed to answer your questions.

Over the last 12+ years, Tina has continued to deal source on the side, whilst developing our training company - as well as the National Association for Professional Sourcing Agents (NAPSA).

In addition, Tina is in direct communication with both property Redress Schemes - The Property Ombudsman (TPO) and The Property Redress Scheme (PRS), as well as HMRC's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Team, and National Trading Standards Estate and Lettings Agency Team (NTSELAT).  - which all means, Tina and our team are first in the know when changes are coming.
